tea for insomnia
Mix equal amount of well chopped lavender flowers tops, St John’s wort, lemon balm and peppermint.
When having insomnia, drink, in the evening before bedtime, one cup of warm tea sweetened with honey.

mask for aging skin
1 small banana
1 teaspoon of olive oil
